Monday 28th 2025

Health and Safety at Work Day is an annual initiative dedicated to promoting safe and healthy workplaces for everyone.

At Walkley, our aim is to raise awareness of injuries that can occur due to repeated movements and how Chiropractic care and a dedicated rehabilitation program can assist with recovery and pain management.

Returning to work in a safe and timely fashion is the priority when treating work related injuries.

Foot Awareness Month

Throughout April

April is Foot Health Awareness Month, a time to highlight the importance of healthy feet and their impact on overall wellbeing.

Our feet are crucial for mobility and daily activities, so maintaining their health is essential. Good foot and lower limb health is essential to our mobility, health and quality of life. In fact, foot and lower limb problems can lead to pain in joint and muscles in other parts of the body.

Pain in the feet and lower limbs can often result in issues with the ankles, knees, hips, lower back, and neck if not addressed.

Chiropractic care for foot pain can be a very effective course of treatment. The goal is to reduce tension, improve mobility, and relieve pain.

Should you need us, our Chiropractors are always here to help. Please book an appointment by calling 9791 1053

1/2 cup butter, softened
3/4 cup Honey (plus some for the glaze)
2 eggs
Half of ripe banana (mashed with fork)
Zest of one lemon
Juice of one lemon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
1/2 cup full fat, plain greek yogurt
1 cup fresh raspberries

METHOD:

  1. Preheat your oven to 180 degrees, spray the loaf pan with cooking spray and line with baking paper.
  2. In the big bowl combine all of the wet ingredients, using electric mixer, mix until the batter is combined. Add the dry ingredients – flour, baking powder, salt. Mix just until combined. Stir in the raspberries
