Migraine and Headache Awareness Month
June 2025 Migraine and Headache Awareness Month & Men’s Health Week.

Migraine and Headache Awareness
Throughout June
June is Migraine and Headache Awareness Month, a global event focused on raising awareness about migraines and headaches. Migraines are significantly more common in women than men. In fact, women are estimated to be three times more likely to experience migraines than men. The latest figures suggest there are more than 5 million migraine sufferers in Australia.
Chiropractic care can play a significant role in managing migraines and headaches by addressing potential underlying causes and providing relief from symptoms. We use various techniques like spinal manipulation, soft tissue therapy, and lifestyle recommendations to improve spinal alignment, reduce muscle tension, and ease stress, all of which can contribute to headache relief.
If you suffer from migraines or headaches and would like to be assessed by one of our Chiropractors, please call us on 9791 1053 for an appointment.
Men’s Health Week
9th – 15th June 2025
Men’s Health Week focuses on not just physical health, but also men’s mental health and emotional wellbeing. During the week, we aim to highlight the conditions that are more common in men and how Chiropractic care can help with treatment and rehabilitation.
At Walkley, we use this week to promote awareness and prompt action to encourage the men and boys in our lives to be mindful of their health and seek help if needed.
If you need an appointment with one of our Chiropractors, please call on 9791 1053
